1. GENERAL

1.1. By booking a taxi, minicab, or minibus through Heathrow Airport Taxi (operated by WAZER Taxis Southampton) you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

2. USE OF WEBSITE

2.1. When using this website to make a booking, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for any errors or omissions in the details provided.

2.2. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a booking agreement.

2.3. We collect and process personal data such as your name, phone number and email address for the following purposes:

  • To provide requested services
  • To manage bookings, updates and customer support
  • To send service-related or marketing communications (where permitted or with consent)
  • To improve our services and customer experience

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

3. BOOKINGS

3.1. It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct. A booking constitutes an offer, which we may accept or decline. A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation via the website or email.

3.2. If you need to amend or correct a booking, you must contact us via WhatsApp at +44 7983 194762 or via email.

3.3. We recommend passengers arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure. WAZER Taxis Southampton accepts no responsibility for missed flights due to insufficient check-in time.

4. PAYMENTS

4.1. If paying by card, you agree to pay the full fare at the time of booking.

4.2. If your card payment is declined by your card issuer, we will be unable to proceed with your booking.

4.3. A payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address.

4.4. Additional charges may apply for extra services such as child seats, congestion charges, or additional luggage not declared at the time of booking.

4.5. If a larger vehicle is required due to incorrect or incomplete booking details, additional charges may apply.

4.6. Any deviation from the agreed route may result in additional charges payable directly to the driver.

4.7. Waiting time policy:

  • Residential pickups: 10 minutes free, then £5 per 10 minutes
  • Airport pickups: 35–40 minutes free, then £5 per 10 minutes

4.8. If your flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible.

4.9. WAZER Taxis Southampton

primarily uses its own fleet; however, third-party transport providers may be used when necessary.

4.10. We reserve the right to provide an upgraded vehicle if the originally selected vehicle type is unavailable.

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

5.1. A 5% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations must be made via our website at least 12 hours before the scheduled journey. For long-distance journeys, cancellation must be made before the driver is dispatched.

5.2. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled journey start time.

6. PASSENGER CONDUCT

6.1. Passengers must behave appropriately during all journeys.

6.2. Alcohol is not permitted to be consumed inside the vehicle during the trip.

6.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7. LIMITATIONS & RESTRICTIONS

7.1. We do not carry:

  • Hazardous, dangerous, explosive, or illegal goods
  • Any items prohibited under UK law

8. PRIVACY POLICY

8.1. Heathrow Airport Taxi (WAZER Taxis Southampton) is committed to protecting your privacy.

8.2. All personal data collected is kept confidential and used only for booking and service-related purposes.

8.3. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required to provide the service or by law.
